On a 2017 trip to chicago for blues music and beers, we experienced the ‘chicago dog’ for the first time. Severely unhealthy, a little underwhelmed and 20 different hot dogs later, we were so inspired by the potential flavour profile we decided to bring it back to london and do it better!
Twelves and Eights was born. We make our own sausage, we cut our own chips and cook up our own toppings & sauces. The hotdog revolution!
