Come and explore your chi bubble. Find, play and work with your our own chi energy by drawing upon the physical arts of Tai Chi and Qigong elements. Awakening and nurturing your flow, learning tai chi form and qigong exercises so the mind, body and breath are working together in harmony.
The workshops also includes breathing techniques and meditations that you can adopt to help manage life's ups and downs. So come and look after the special-ness of you at our Bubble Chi workshops and see what smiles it can bring. All ages very welcome.
Min has 18 years teaching experience, loves life and is on a mission to help children to love it too. Min is teaching at 12pm on Friday 29th July and 10:45am on Saturday 30th July.
