James Chapman is a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with 18 years’ experience. He has a special interest in mental health & addiction, is a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor and has worked with the NHS and some of the leading charities and rehab clinics in this field.
His approach is inspired by his own journey overcoming mental ill health and a chronic spinal condition from years of working in a city based job. These experiences have given him a true understanding of the transformational qualities of yoga and the importance and application of yogic techniques for optimal health and happiness.
This class is suitable for complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Learn how yogic techniques can change your physiology, how simple changes to how you breathe can alter your nervous system and how meditation can make long lasting changes to your mind.
James will be teaching in Slow Motion Saturday 3.45pm - 4.45pm and Sunday 4-5pm.
