We are Michelin trained chefs who cook ramen and Japanese street food for fun. After 30 years of working in top restaurants around the world, I have turned my food to my true love of Japanese Street Food and Ramen.
Mr Noodle’s mission is to create a festival food stall capturing the essence of Tokyo Yokocho street food alleys, inspired by many adventures around Tokyo’s late night eating spots.
We serve delicious, healthy, substantial Japanese street food & only work with seasonal ingredients from local suppliers.
Sustainability runs through the core of everything we do, from growing some of our Japanese vegetables to our root-to-seed zero wastage approach in the kitchen.
