Temporarily leave the madness of the festival behind, as we venture off-site to explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the Lulworth Estate.
Just as the name suggests, we’ll combine two elements - nature and running - to kick start those endorphins and leave you feeling energised for the day ahead.
This gentle run will concentrate on the simple pleasure of motion, our connection with the natural environment and this form of mindful attention.
These runs will be led by UK Athletics qualified Run Leader David Poole (Ginger Dave), who aside from running marathons and ultra-marathons at every opportunity, loves getting people outside to enjoy the trails and love the outdoors. Dave first laced up his trainers in 2015 for a charity half marathon, several thousand miles later he has found that that the love, fun and camaraderie of running have not only enhanced his physical fitness, but most of all have improved his mental fitness.
Dave is passionate about helping others start and progress on their own running journey, so when not training in the South Downs, he can be found as a run leader at his local running club and as a pacer at races.
