We are super excited to announce that our 2024 theme is….. INTERGALACTIC, ALIENS & SPACE!
We want campers to be prepared to travel to new dimensions and festival galaxies as we head to the fields for four days of incredible family fun next summer. From aliens, astronauts, planets and stars, Camp Bestival Dorset’s ‘Intergalactic, Aliens and Space’ theme will transform the grounds of Lulworth Castle into an other-worldly cosmos for an out of this world festival experience.
Taking inspiration from the galaxy and beyond, families are encouraged to embrace the theme in their masses on the Saturday with their own fancy dress as the festival takes off on a cosmic adventure and spacewalks into another epic year of memory making, fun and exploration!

So, this year we’ve gone full tilt in our imaginary da Bank family rocket to a wonderful intergalactic universe of aliens and all things space… so set your galactic sat nav to another space and time and explode your imaginations with all things out of this world. We’ll be creating amazing free things to do onsite to reflect that from science and robots to UFOs, other lifeforms and star gazing. This will be our best year yet and it’s all out there just waiting for you” - Rob da Bank (Our spaceship Leader!)
Following tradition at Camp Bestival, there will be a our mega fancy dress competition on Saturday 27 July where one lucky family will win tickets to Camp Bestival 2025. Camp Bestival Dorset will welcome another glittering line-up of stars to the fields for 2024 as the full host of incredible acts will be announced in the coming months. WATCH THIS SPACE!
