The Hedge Monkeys started around 2013 when a group of friends from Norfolk began jamming in washboard player Spike's yard just for the fun, and with no intentions of playing any actual gigs.
In the 10 years since hey have played many gigs, had a few changes of personnel, and recorded 7 CDs with their mix of skiffle classics, original songs and newer covers.
For the last few years, they have regularly been joined by the legendary Ivor Biggun, who also plays on 2 of the recent CDs.
